  • How does Women's Shave Club work?

    Pick one of our awesome four razors, sign up, and we’ll ship you blades and a handle in your first box. We then bill and ship your replacement blades every month (or every other month if you change your frequency on your account page). We also formulate all of our own shaving products and which will be available soon!

  • Do you offer a free trial?

  • What does WSC stand for?

  • When will you ship my first order?

    Memberships are processed immediately upon sign up, and your first shipment will leave our warehouse shortly after. Shipments usually arrive within 3-5 business days once mailed, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email shortly after your orders ships.
  • What can I expect in my first shipment?

    For razor subscribers your first order will arrive with your new blades, a handle, and any Extras or Bundles you select during checkout. If you purchased any of our other products without a razor subscription, you'll only receive the item you ordered.
  • How many razors blades will I receive per month?

    If you ordered a system razor, you'll receive the REYA 4 or REYA 5
    1. The REYA 4: comes with 4 replacement cartridges with 4 blade per box
    2. The REYA 5: comes with 4 replacement cartridges with 5 blade per box
  • How many disposable razor will I receive per month?

    If you orderd a system razor, you'll receive the Ëlle 3 or Ëlle 4
    1. The Elle 3 : 3 disposable razor with 3 blades per box

  • What if I don’t need blades every month?

    We offer an a bi-monthly shipping option. Once you place your first order, you can adjust your shipping frequency at any time on your Membership Settings page.
  • Can men use your razors?

    Sure! Men love the REYA 4 and REYA 5.
  • How many shaves will I get from one cartridge or one razor?

    Everyone's shaving needs are different. A fresh sharp blade will always shave better, so we recommend changing your blade weekly or after 2-4 shaves. Replacing blades frequently is better for your skin and keeps your skin soft and smooth and while your next set is on its way to you.
  • Are your products organic?

    NO! not yet:-)
  • Are your products tested on animals?

    NO! our products are 100% cruelty-free.We do not test our products on animals. We love all animals
  • Are your products for all skin types?

    If you have specific concerns, we recommend talking to your doctor. You can also find our full ingredient lists on the product page
  • What does dermatologist tested mean?

    A dermatologist reviewed and approved the skin safety of this product.
  • I broke my handle! and What NOW?

  • What is your refund policy?

    If you don't love our products we'll refund you in full, just contact us. We'd love to hear from you.
  • What is your return policy?

    We don't accept returns, but we have a Satisfaction Guarantee, If you are not 100% satistfied or have any issues, please Contact Us. 
  • What does paraben free mean?

    When looking for a good quality cosmetic product it should be "paraben free" because parabens have been found in breast cancer tumors (an average of 20 nanograms/g of tissue). Parabens have also displayed the ability to slightly mimic estrogen (a hormone known to play a role in the development of breast cancer). No effective direct links between parabens and cancer have been established, however. Another concern is that the estrogen-mimic aspect of parabens may be a factor in the increasing prevalence of early puberty in girls.
  • What does sulfate-free mean?

    Well, sulfates are aggressive detergents made of sulfur-containing mineral salts. The most common are Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) and Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES). First introduced into modern hair care in the 1930’s, sulfates revolutionized the health and beauty industry. Prior to their introduction, people relied on simple (but not always effective) soaps and other methods to clean their skin and hair. In comparison, sulfates were powerful, inexpensive and easy to acquire. Best of all, they were responsible for the foaming lather we’ve come to associate with being clean. But now that it’s one of the most common chemicals used in our households, we are beginning to understand that sulfates have an impact on both our health and beauty.

    Yes! Any Time - however, those that have shipped may not be canceled•
  • Is it hard to pause or cancel my membership?

    Still, Want to Cancel? We’ll be sorry to see you go, but canceling your Shave Plan is easy:Log in and click on “My Account” • Click on “My Subscription” • Then you on the right side Your Subscriptions • click on EDIT • then you see on the bottom “Cancel Subscription” Please Don’t Go!!! if you’d send us an email before canceling please give us a chance to solve the issues. We’re want to take care about You and we’ll do our best to help you out.
